- Staff/admin account details — name, email (used to sign in and identify who is checking in)
- Precise GPS location — only at the moment you tap "Share My Location Now," together with the date and time. Kidhar never tracks you continuously or in the background.
We do not collect contacts, photos, or any other device data.
All data is stored on Supabase's hosted infrastructure, protected by row-level security rules so your company's data can never be seen by another company using Kidhar.
Your check-in locations are visible only to you and to your own company's approved admins — never to the public, to other companies on Kidhar, or to any third party. Account passwords are stored securely (hashed) — we cannot read them.
To request correction or deletion of your account or check-in history, contact your company's admin, or write to info.anyapps@gmail.com — requests are handled within 7 working days.
